Your culinary well-being is a matter of the boss at the hotel Alpenfrieden

whether you indulge yourself at the luxury breakfast buffet or the weekly BBQ nights at the Berghotel. The fresh herbs for our gourmet meals are hand-picked by the grand dame of the house, Marlene Huf. Of course, it is a matter of honour in Weißenbach that meat of the highest quality is brought by the local gamekeepers or one of the farmers that are on cordial terms with the Huf family. When it’s time for the Tiroler Abend, Miss Huf will serve one of her own specialties: Südtiroler Schlutzkrapfen, dough made of wheat or rye flour and typically filled with spinach and curd cheese, and a whole variety of other regional titbits that will let you taste Alpine history and traditions. Long story short – seasonality and regionality go hand in hand on our menu plans. And there is always a piece of fresh-baked cake waiting for you at our morning buffet.  Weißenbach knows how true pleasure should taste and in this respect we strive for perfection.
